murder in front of 300 people and the culprit gets away..... what does this speak of judicial system.. on a similar case a few years ago, the judge while announcing the verdict had said that he knows that the person in question was indeed the murderer but due to lack of evidence he had to leave him.....

in jessica case, taking advantage of the kink in the armory of judicial system, witnesses were quitened and proofs hidden or destroyed... all this with police seemingly fully involved in all this... so is decision in a case against the politicians and police just one sided...

but now the junta seems to have woken up.... may be a path breaking movie had some contribution to it... a RDB style dharna was staged at india gate.... and it looks like somewhere something was moved...

but again with police and politicians behind the culprit and the proof seeking courts asking for "Thos Sabooot" .. the case may get into a decade long meandering case which at the end is a dud... the culprit getting away yet again,...

Will Jessica ever get Justice????

I think the adage "Justice is blind" is true, more so in our country, where there are so many loopholes that these assholes exploit to get away.

Its inappropriate to blame legal loopholes.

They exist in all judicial systems.

Otherwise lawyers wont be required.
